Memorial of Eighth Route Army Office

＂ Eighth Route Army Office Memorial Hall ＂ is located on Jiuquan Road, Chengguan District, Lanzhou. It was built in 1980 and is the only Memorial Hall of the War of Resistance in Gansu Province. In May 1937, the Lanzhou Office of the Eighth Route Army (hereinafter referred to as the Lanzhou Baban Office) was established, which was an open and legal office of our Party in Lanzhou, the district ruled by the Min People's Party during the War of Resistance Against Japan. Lanzhou Baban, under the leadership of comrades Xie Jueqi and other, persisted in the struggle for more than six years and successfully completed the tasks entrusted to him by the Party Central Committee until November 1943, when he was ordered to return to Yan'an. The memorial hall exhibits two major theme exhibitions: "Hot Blood Liyuan 118th Road Army Office in Gansu and Gansu Anti-Japanese Rescue Exhibition" and "Eighth Road Army Office in Gansu original exhibition hall". The exhibition systematically displays the establishment of a united front from different sides with precious historical pictures and cultural relics, casting the shining image of the children of Yuhara.

The Eighth Route Army's office in Lanzhou was established because of the rescue of the West Route Army. The current memorial is mainly the West Road military exhibition. The area is not very large. The main pictures are inside. People who see it are sad, but they can't forget the history. It is still worth understanding.

The memorial hall of the Lanzhou Eighth Route Army Office is a red education base located at No. 314 Jiuquan Road, Chengguan District. It was once the site of the Eighth Route Army Office. The buildings of the Eighth Route Army Office are old-fashioned brick and wooden bungalows, which are not large in scale and have some physical objects and pictures displayed inside.
