Pianma

Pianma is the only provincial-level open port in Nujiang Prefecture, located in the hinterland of the west slope of Gaoligong Mountain Nature Reserve. Pianma is located in the west of Lushui County, bordering Myanmar on the south, north and west sides, and only 200 kilometers away from the capital of Kachin State, China. In the Pianma border tourist area, the dense virgin forest is fascinating, and the idyllic landscape is picturesque. At the beginning of this century, the "Pianma Incident" in which various nationalities bravely fought against British imperialism took place here. The Pianma border tourist area has many tour contents and unique landscapes. Its main landscapes include: Pianma Anti-British Monument (Hall), Fengxue Yakou, the mysterious Obedience Lake, the wreckage of the plane on the hump route, and the border pastoral scenery. On the way from Lushui County to Pianma, Yaojiaping Mountain Villa in Gaoligong Mountain Nature Reserve. The surrounding forests are dense and the climate is pleasant, making it a summer resort in the Nujiang Gorge.
