I am writing to share my deeply disappointing and concerning experience at Club Wrangler, and to strongly advise others against patronizing this establishment due to unethical practices and safety concerns.During my recent visit to Club Wrangler, I fell victim to a scam that left me feeling cheated and exploited. Despite only consuming a few drinks, I was shocked to discover a charge of 155 BD (340 GBP) on my account, which I did not authorize, commit to, or even approve. After enjoying a few drinks, I paid separately for each one, with the prices accurately reflecting my purchases. However, I was blindsided by a significant charge that did not correlate with the amount I had consumed. It became apparent that I had been targeted and taken advantage of while in a vulnerable state. Club Wrangler waited until I was inebriated before initiating the fraudulent transaction, making it difficult for me to discern the discrepancy in the amount charged. This deliberate tactic demonstrates a complete lack of integrity and a willingness to exploit customers for financial gain. Upon discovering the unauthorized charge, I immediately approached the club's management for clarification and resolution. Despite my protests and insistence that I did not purchase a bottle as claimed, they initially dismissed my concerns and refused to investigate further. Only after persistent requests did they reluctantly agree to review the surveillance footage, which ultimately revealed no evidence of a bottle purchase.In addition to the financial scam, Club Wrangler lacks adequate security measures, resulting in frequent altercations and fights among patrons. This creates a hostile and unsafe environment for guests, putting their well-being at risk. Not only are the drinks exorbitantly priced, but the club also harbors a multitude of individuals attempting to swindle unsuspecting customers. The presence of numerous hustlers and pickpockets further contributes to the overall sense of insecurity.
