The award-winning Museum of Science & Industry (MOSI) aims to “bring innovation to life.” It does this with hands-on exhibits that allow children (of all ages) to grapple with tools and toys. It has an air and space gallery, a power hall and a communications gallery, which demonstrates the evolution from talking to texting. The museum was established in 1969, and moved into its current premises at the old Liverpool Road Station in 1983.
