Bahaishan Winery in Yunuma, Niigata, can buy limited edition 3-year-old snow house sake, and summer limited Kimgang pure rice oyster brewed. The distillery has a traditional sedal house with Niigata (room temperature is maintained at about 5 degrees) for low temperature fermentation and storage, using Portuguese imported oak barrels to store soaked wine, and drinking local traditional drinks made by the wine cellar. The fish marsh is famous for the more light rice, with good mountains and water, and naturally can make good wine!
