Very good place!
Original Text
A library in Aina, commonly known as the Iwate Prefectural Information Exchange Center. It is divided into 3rd and 4th floors, but it is a place where you want to stay longer because it is very beautiful and spacious. It's a good library with a self-study space and an easy-to-understand library.
I go occasionally to use the self-study space. It is often crowded on long holidays and Saturdays and Sundays, but it is vacant and comfortable on weekdays.
It is located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the Iwate Prefectural Information Center "Aina", which is located at the west exit through the East-West Free Aisle of IR Morioka Station, and is open until 20:00. There are local materials on the 3rd floor. It's a very bright facility.
