Aircraft Po-2 monument
The monument was opened in September 2008 and dedicated to the feat of the pilots of the Mytishchinsky Aeroclub. The place was chosen not by accident, the summer field was previously on the site.
Strange but beautiful
Strange monument, a little unfit, but still beautiful. Such monuments are useful for generations

The monument to the feat of the pilots of the Mytishchinsky Aeroclub in the WA. The most successful of the city "monuments on circles," aesthetic and meaningless.
Memory
The plane was installed in memory of the field airfield. From here our "night witches" special squadron of girls took off to bomb the Germans.

I live near this place and every time I pass or pass by remember the feat of our pilots in the Great Patriotic War.
