I wasn't sure what to expect from a mud bath, but this place was incredible. The experience was so unique and grounding. Coating ourselves in the warm, mineral-rich mud felt silly at first, but as it dried under the sun, I felt all my tension melt away. Rinsing off in the open-air showers and then sinking into the hot springs was pure magic. The contrast between the cool air and the steamy, therapeutic water is exactly what my sore muscles needed. The facilities were clean, the staff was friendly, and the whole atmosphere was so peaceful. If you are looking to unplug and de-stress, don't miss this.
