"The Legislative Building was built at the end of the 19th century in a neoclassical style, on the site of a 13th-century church and convent. The new wing of the building is located on the square that used to be the barracks, on the pedestrian plaza between the two buildings. The design of the building is even more ingenious. Now there are some open-air cafes in the square in front of the building for tourists to rest."
