Small but good view.

I stopped by as a couple. It's free. I'm a little lonely, but I can see the port of Noshiro and the sea. You can see the windmill of wind power generation up close. Go up the spiral staircase.
I climbed Noshiro Port, which is rarely visited even if I go to Noshiro, and the observatory that is quietly built there for the first time. Although it is not high, it is quite difficult because there are only stairs. The view of Noshiro Port in front is nice, but the foundation of the offshore wind power is under construction, and the scenery is likely to change completely next year.
I went to kill about an hour by plane at 8 o'clock. Actually, when I first went to the windy Matsubara and asked the passing person for directions without any preparation, they were volunteer guides! Then, if you count back the time to Akita Airport, it is recommended that the observatory is now coming from Matsubara, and they kindly lead us. Wind power generation, thermal power generation, sandy beach, I had a good time with guides such as passenger ships! I want to challenge Matsubara next time ...
I passed by nearby, so I got off. It's a place I want to come for a dog walk overlooking the Sea of Japan. I wanted to have a coffee or a relaxing drink at a shop, but there was nothing. I had a lunch box on a warm day. I want to come. When I saw the windmills for wind power generation nearby, it was very big and overwhelming 〜
You can overlook the ridgeline of the Shirakami Mountains in the north across the Sea of Japan and the Oga Peninsula in the south. You can also overlook the vast windy Matsubara below. Height 27 m It is a free observatory, but it is "open" from 9 o'clock, so be careful because you can't see it even if you go early in the morning.
Small but good view.

Sunset is recommended
