If you like Harry Potter is not the best way to go to the Universal BUT! As their saying goes, “Good Things Come in Pink Boxes” and Voodoo Doughnut have definitely got some good things going for them. I stumbled across Voodoo Doughnut while finishing the day at Universal Orlando Resort, and was immediately drawn to the overall brand image - it looked super colourful and cool! They serve a huge range of doughnuts on a daily basis, with around 50 or more different types to choose from! It was really hard to just pick one, but I ended up opting for the Voodoo Doll doughnut ($3.75) which was a raised yeast doughnut filled with raspberry jelly and topped with chocolate frosting even a little pretzel stake! Sure, I could talk about the rides I went on or the other attractions I experienced, but the food was also something I absolutely loved experiencing while at Universal Studios in Orlando. So, here we go! Flaming Moe’s from Moe’s Tavern - Kinda just like Fanta, but weaker. Still fun to watch come to life though. Ribwich from Krusty Burger - didn’t dilate my pupils, but the barbecue sauce was delicious and filled with juicy, tender meat. Butterbeer - an interesting combinations of cream soda and butterscotch flavours, with a sweet frothy topping to finish it off! Surprisingly addictive.
