Universal Orlando 1-Day 2-Park (Even for Cowards) 🐛|| 🌟No express pass, go straight to single rider for popular rides, save 80% of the time! 🌟Personally, I think Universal is faster than Disney. I went on Thanksgiving, and there were fewer people than at Disney. It was a great experience. 🌟The shuttle between the two parks is the Harry Potter Express Train, and tickets are scanned before entering the station. 🌍Studios must-play: Most of the studios are 3D/4D rides, which are relatively less exciting than Adventure Island, but are great for cowards to train their courage. 1️⃣Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts Escape from Gringotts: There is a drop at the beginning with a 1s weightless feeling, but no weightless feeling after that. 2️⃣Race Through New York Starring Jimmy Fallon: Super fun, 3D ride, fast speed. Racing in NYC, finally rushing into outer space. 3️⃣TRANSFORMERS The Ride-3D: Naked-eye 3D on a bus, personally I don't think it's as interesting as I imagined. But the area scenery is really well done. 🌍Islands of Adventure: More exciting rides, but more people. 1️⃣Flight of the Hippogriff: This ride has no single rider, so I set a 20-minute alarm on the app (no weightless feeling, small drops, mainly fast and winding, but it's too short! It ends in about 20s 😅 so it's really not worth waiting too long! 2️⃣Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey: Harry Potter Forbidden Journey, 0 weightless feeling, no drop. But I was scared by the Dementors and the big spider. 3️⃣Jurassic Park River Adventure: Very fun! Much more interesting than in SG! There are two small drops in the front, 0 weightless feeling, but there is a big drop at the end, with a significant weightless feeling, but only for about 2s. 4️⃣Skull Island: Reign of Kong King Kong. Similar to Fast & Furious, also on a bus, naked-eye 3D, but the plot and picture are more interesting. The last scene has a real King Kong, which is quite shocking. 5️⃣The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man 3D Spider-Man, indoor 3D roller coaster. #

On December 30th, we visited the Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. The Escape from Gringotts ride was somewhat disappointing despite high expectations, primarily due to its reliance on visual effects rather than real-life sets. In contrast, Disney's Star Wars attractions use more real-life settings, enhancing the experience. The Hogwarts Express, which we waited an hour and a half for, was visually impressive but not worth the long wait. The Hagrid's Motorbike Adventure, although highly anticipated, lacked excitement and storytelling, making it feel like an ordinary roller coaster. On December 31st, we spent the day at Magic Kingdom. The TRON Lightcycle Run was initially thrilling but quickly became monotonous. The New Year's Eve fireworks were spectacular, with shows at 6:30 PM and just before midnight, both offering a magical display over the illuminated castle. However, the midnight show was significantly more crowded. The Gringotts Ride is truly amazing, and the butterbeer is incredibly delicious. The dragon's fire-breathing is intensely hot, and Knockturn Alley is a delightful surprise filled with dark magic vibes. I exchanged some money at the bank to keep as a souvenir, and the candy shop is filled with the sweet aroma of candies. Despite the imperfect weather and timing, everything else was absolutely perfect. Plus, many restaurants in the park only accept mobile orders! The best food recommendation in the park: For Harry Potter fans, you must have breakfast at Universal Studios Diagon Alley's Leaky Cauldron, which is super uniquely decorated and offers both English and American breakfasts, with the highlight being a free butterbeer with breakfast! A single butterbeer costs nine dollars outside. Go early! Otherwise, you'll miss the breakfast and lunch feels just average. Other great lunch recommendations include the Thunder Falls restaurant in the Island of Adventure's Jurassic Park, with very tender roasted chicken legs and ribs, and the portions are huge, and the corn is incredibly delicious!!!
