Osaka 2-Day Travel Guide|Relaxed Itinerary
I've been to Osaka many times, so I won't go into detail about popular tourist spots like Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. This time, I planned a more relaxed 2-day itinerary to slowly savor the essence of Osaka.
🖤 Day 1
☕ Morning|Streamer Coffee Company (Shinsaibashi) + LiLo Coffee Roasters
Start the day with a cup of coffee. These two coffee shops are nearby. Streamer's latte art is top-notch, while LiLo's hand-drip coffee lets you taste the pure flavor of the coffee beans. After coffee, you can stroll around the nearby vintage shops and maybe find some hidden gems.
🍜 Noon|Mugen Ramen Sennichimae
This was a random pick, and the queue wasn't too long. The broth is rich, the char siu has a slight char, and the soft-boiled egg is perfect. Generally, ramen shops in Osaka are of good quality, so you can't go wrong with any random pick.
🛍 Afternoon|Orange Street + Harukas 300 Observatory
Orange Street is Osaka's most famous trendy spot, with many Japanese brands to choose from. Afterward, head to the Harukas 300 Observatory to get a panoramic view of Osaka from 300 meters high. The night view is truly breathtaking.
🗼 Evening|Around Tsutenkaku
This area is great for taking photos. The lights at night create a fantastic atmosphere. There are many local Osaka delicacies nearby, such as sukiyaki, kushikatsu, and udon, all worth trying.
🏨 Accommodation|FRESA INN Namba Station
Booked this hotel last minute. The room is small but well-equipped, and the location is very convenient, close to the subway station, perfect for a short stay.
🖤 Day 2
🍰 Morning|Harbs + Namba Yasaka Shrine
Harbs opens at 11 AM, so arrive on time to avoid the queue. Their mille-feuille fruit cake is a must-try. Afterward, you can walk to Namba Yasaka Shrine. The giant lion head at the entrance is very distinctive and makes for great photos. Arrive early if you want to avoid the crowds.
🍤 Noon|Imaizumi Tempura
This is a small local shop frequented by locals. The owner has appeared on many TV shows. The tempura is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, preserving the freshness of the ingredients.
🎨 Afternoon|Fujita Art Museum + Nakazakicho
The collection at the Fujita Art Museum is impressive, and the garden is beautiful. You can try their matcha and dango, served in exquisite tea bowls. Afterward, head to Nakazakicho, a nostalgic area with many unique shops and cafes. Every shop has its own charm.
🌆 Evening|Umeda Sky Building
Watch the sunset from the observatory. The city is bathed in the golden glow of the setting sun, making it incredibly romantic. Have dinner at one of the building's restaurants, enjoying the dazzling night view of Osaka, a perfect end to this relaxed trip.
This itinerary is very laid-back, with no rush, allowing you to soak in the atmosphere of Osaka at your own pace.
The architecture of Umeda Building itself is also very distinctive. It is the best observation deck in Osaka City, with a wide view and a condescending view of Osaka City. Worth a visit 😄
The transportation is not very convenient. It is quite far from the subway station. You can take a taxi if you have money. The scenery is not as stunning as Shibuya Sky. The service attitude at the bar is not very good. The attitude of the white people is simply disgusting. You can't understand English, but the white people will follow you if you say "follow me". It is not recommended to go to this kind of place except for checking in.
Umeda Blue Sky Building ~ The iconic building in the north of Osaka City is very close to Osaka Railway Station. The transportation is very convenient. The top can overlook the panoramic view of Japan's second largest city. It is convenient and fast to buy tickets. It is recommended.
We checked the map and felt that it was not far away, so we mistakenly chose to walk to Umeda Blue Sky Building. Passed Osaka Station on the way, passing the beautiful cake shop. We came for the special architectural style of Umeda Blue Sky Building, so we didn't spend money to go to the observation deck, just looked at the entrance of the observation deck. Under the blue sky and white clouds, I really feel special.
Not far from Osaka Station, I walked for ten minutes according to the navigation of the map and came to the Blue Sky Building. After shopping in the underground food street, take the elevator to the ticket office on the 35th floor, and the ticket price is 1,000 yen. After entering the door, take a long escalator to the 39th floor, and you can enjoy the beautiful night view of Osaka City through the glass. I think the glass of the Blue Sky Building is still very clean, and the clear scenery can be taken through the glass window. Then you can continue up and come to the open-air platform on the 40th floor. Here you can see the surrounding scenery at a glance, and it is also suitable for patting. There is also a cafe on the 39th floor facing west, where sitting and watching the sunset is the best location.
Umeda Blue Sky Building Sky Courtyard Observatory. If you want to see the night view of Osaka, this is the first choice. Located in Umeda business district. Arrived to take a long, somewhat shabby underground passage. After going up, you can see the Blue Sky Building. There is a direct elevator to the sky courtyard. The roll-up ladder to the upper level looks like a time tunnel for Doraemon. The 39th floor is an indoor area, with a night view of Osaka through the glass, there is a double couple seat, and the design is not to mention more intimate. The 40th floor is an open-air area. The wind is very strong, so it is better to wear more when you come up. The ground is a starry starlight, there are purple lights on the wall, you can wear light clothes to dye light nails to make a strange. You will find that even your teeth have turned purple. Really fun. The scenery is beautiful, walking around the 40th floor, the whole Osaka has a panoramic view.
Located opposite Osaka Station, the scenery is very spectacular, overlooking the panoramic view of Osaka, Umeda Building Sky Garden Observatory and the Umeda Building Sky Garden, the night view of Osaka seen on HEP FIVE can only be said to be a small witch, really good expectations here! You can walk to Umeda Building in about 20 minutes from the Ferris wheel. The appearance is ordinary, but the night view is more beautiful after boarding.
Umeda Blue Sky Building is located in Umeda, Osaka. We arrived at 6:30 pm that day, so we sat on the sightseeing platform of the building to watch the entire sunset process. Very spectacular! The scenery at night is also beautiful, you can see the level of sunset. The sightseeing platform is a bit cold, the wind is very strong, and you have to wear a thin coat at night!
