This is my favorite waterfall in Palenque. It is less well-known than the other two waterfalls. The surrounding area is very quiet, with only the sound of flowing water. Roberto Barrios is very large, with about five or six small waterfalls. The water surface is clear pine green, and each part has its own characteristics. Roberto Barrios does not have any tourist facilities or signboards. You even have to walk through the bushes, push away the weeds, and climb over the sand and rocks to see the small waterfalls. It feels like an adventure to discover a new world. In addition, there are very few tourists here. This primitive and simple experience makes my experience here more interesting.
