_TI***5pOne of the most unprofessional agencies I’ve EVER DELT WITH.I was really looking forward to this trip—it was supposed to be the highlight of my entire visit to Thailand. I booked the tour two weeks in advance, paid a high price, and despite their lack of response, I stayed patient. Then, just two days before the trip, they suddenly cancelled my booking. Why? Because “a group hasn’t been formed yet.” Seriously?When I told them how important this trip was for me, they simply said, “you can re-order.” I asked if a group was available this time—they said no. So what’s the point of rebooking if it’s just going to be cancelled again?Please don’t make the same mistake I did. Book directly through the official Skydance website instead—they require just a 5-day advance booking. Thanks to this agency, I’ve now lost my chance for an experience I was really excited about

_TI***ouBeware Unsafe Boat,Unfit Captain. Extorting Customers with High Prices with Tourist Trap Scam Tactics. Free yourself of headaches by AVOID PHUKET P.H. MARINE. Don't support this unethical scammy tourist trap business. Disgraceful representation of Thai people... Unfortunate for us, everything went wrong & beyond with the tour.Been well travelled, we can spot insincere tour operators. Where to start...-They didnt pick us perhaps from Language?- no biggy but no one said sorry.. We taxied there almost missing the boat then SERIES OF TROUBLE entails.-The boat needs alot of maintenance with exposed wiring right at your heads. -The engine seized twice after 10min onboard. There was also smoke & fire on the boat! Wow. -MOREOVER, before getting on the boat they told us that we need to buy new mouthpiece and water shoes to protect ourselves from broken glass and sea urchins. People with children and new traveller rushed to buy them, even though what they were already where are perfecting adequate. - No wonder the corals are dead. People with the water shoes were trembling on corals by shore killing all new growth and damaging surviving ones...They would be avoiding the coral and urchins if they were barefoot right? I visited khai islands 25 years ago and had witness its past marine glory before the greed of tour operators. Really upsetting...-Over the phone, we inquired about 1 addition to our party and they wanted to charge us 3x their publish price. - Inadequate toilets on site for the number of customers, dirty and unattended...-After the tour, they rudely shout at all customers get on the van. Never seen this behaviour before, ever. Some customers were even scolded for walking a little slow... -Lastly, single use plastics used throughout the tour, no proper disposal and blown around SHAMEFULLY littering their own beach then to be lost in sea that they are making a living from.Their team/family sees this but chooses to ignore...
