Interesting, but in bad shape.
This house is an opportunity to see inside one of Old Phuket Town''s mansions. The house is in a very run down state. It''s beautiful original facade shoes terrible wear and tear, and has an ugly shed built over the right hand side of the facade. The visitor may only see the ground floor, which is furnished, but also shows signs of a desperate need of repair. The garden and the upstairs are not open.
It is down a long driveway next door to the beautiful Phra Phithak Chinpracha Mansion (Blue Elephant). This was the only interior of an historic Old Phuket Town mansion that I was able to see, so it was worth the 150 baht. See it before it falls down!!
