Observatory at the top of Hibu ski area
Original Text
Hibu Ski Resort, which is open as a ski resort in winter, is active as an observatory in summer. It is a spot where you can overlook Mt. Daisetsu and Kamikawa Basin from the top of the mountain. You can really feel the vast land that continues forever like Hokkaido.
When I was running on the national highway, I didn't think such a spectacular view was waiting. The gap is so big that I was impressed. It's free and recommended.
The view is just right. It's in the ski resort Teppen so you won't be disturbed by trees in front of you. Looking at the fields below, I was impressed by the fact that people who once settled in this area had manually pioneered this vast land.
The place that was a ski resort (I visited in the summer, so it is still unknown whether it is a ski resort) is an observation spot. Access is difficult without a car. There is no admission fee. If it is sunny from the observatory, you can see the Daisetsu Mountain in the distance beautifully. It's a very nice place, but it's recommended in a quiet place with few people.

It's a great view, as the name suggests.
