    First visit to Praia. Was shocked at how difficult it was to buy anything that we usually get on holiday. Sun tan lotion, beach bag and towels. Sun tan lotion started at €28 a bottle!! Cabs cheap, foo...

    Pleasant pedestrian street

    We visited on a Sunday and the street was almost deserted so it was pleasant to stroll down. Some of the buildings are painted in pastel colours. There were a few shops but only a handful were open on...

    Nice and vibrant

    Nice and busy, many shop options and the market is so full of colours. Would also recommend to see the Church ( Pro-cathedral Nossa Senhora da Graca) that is in the square next to Avenida 5 de Julio.
