Baoqing Temple, Jiang'an Town, Rugao City, was the second-child captain of the Tang Dynasty, Captain Chi Baoqing, and Wei Chi Baolin were ordered to station the Yangtze River, and built the general's palace in Jiang'an and Nantong respectively. After Song Taizong ascended to the throne, people changed the general's palace to a temple, named Baoqing Temple and Nantong Baolin Temple, which has been known for more than a thousand years. The folk generally have "Baoqing Temple first, and then like a city."
