The Pallares bakery, like its museum, is an imperdiable Sarria, both to continue and start the way.

Producer quality and owner friendliness
Tomás Castro started business in 1876 and his daughter Maria Castro moved him to his current location in 1928. It is Lugo's oldest bakery and has a very good quality bread.
