Tsukahara Ruins Park is a park in Seki City on the banks of the Nagara River, and the exhibition hall is also in the park. The remains of the Jomon and Yayoi period dwellings and tumuli that lived in this area are reproduced, and the exhibition of excavated items is explained and exhibited in the exhibition hall. Admission is free and the person in charge explained it carefully. This area is right next to the Nagara River, but was there no river flooding?

Residential houses and burial mounds from the Jomon period have been restored in the park. Excavated objects and replicas are on display in the park and you can see them for free, so it's a good idea to visit them as well.

It is a perfect place for those who like tumuli and history. When I visited, there was no one, but I was able to take a leisurely tour and enjoy it. There was also an exhibition hall.
