Walking on the giant deer, I met the Catholic King's Hall, also known as the Emperor's Hall, originally located at 165 Changle Road, built in 1928, officially for foreign Catholics in 1933 to speak English. In 1985, due to the construction of the new Jinjiang Hotel, the new church held a mass at the new site (361 Julu Road) on April 25, 1993. The English Mass of the Catholic Diocese of Shanghai was once located in the new church of Kings Church, and in 2002 moved to the St. Peter's Church on South Chongqing Road. Today, the Sunday is only Chinese Mass. On the opposite side of the road, I was attracted by its simple and atmospheric exterior shape. When I approached, the Mass time was over. It was not a religious person who was embarrassed to disturb. I didn't expect the staff to say: "Since I'm here, turn on the light for you and go in and have a look." After entering, I met the churchman singing a chant. The song is deeply rooted in the people's hearts, and there is still a different belief after all. If you encounter a church or a temple, if you are allowed, you will go in and feel the relaxation of the spirit, the calmness of the heart, and the rest.
