The first sight of the building is the appearance of the street. The Sacred Heart Catholic Church, built in 1905, is one of the oldest churches in Tampa, with Roman architecture. The first Catholic parish on the west coast of Florida was founded in 1860, and the name was named in honor of the missionaries, and the change of the manager church was later made. In 1905, the Romanesque new church was built, and the parish was renamed the Sacred Heart Church. It was built by architect Nicholas J. Clayton. It is also a popular wedding venue.
