Tsugaru Fijimi Park and Japan's longest wooden bridge
Tsugaru Fujimi Lake is Aomori’s largest water reservoir and so nicknamed as it is set against the backdrop of Mt. Iwaki, a mountain resembling Mt. Fuji. The park surrounding it is a vast area teeming ...
Tsuruma no Maibashi is famous as the longest wooden three-lined drum bridge in Japan, and it is a bridge over Lake Fujimi, Tsugaru. The area along the shore of Lake Fujimi, including this Tsuru no Maibashi, was a vast park called "Fujimi Lake Park". The area is 12.4 hectare. Only Tsuru no Maibashi is conspicuous, but there is a red-crowned Tsuru Nature Park in the park, and there are plenty of squares and various playsets. Four seasons 々 flower 々 and tree 々 are also maintained, perfect for a place of relaxation.
It is a park with Tsuru no Maibashi. The parking lot in this park is free for 30 minutes. Therefore, I crossed Maibashi without looking at me, took a two-shot photo of Mt. Iwaki and Maibashi on the other side of the bridge, and crossed the bridge and turned back to the parking lot. It was 25 minutes round trip by taking a picture of Mt. Iwaki and Maibashi on a normal walk 5 minutes. If you don't relax too much, the parking lot seems to be parked for free.
A park full of greenery on the shores of Lake Tsugaru Fujimi. It may be better to say that it is a park attached to the bridge rather than a park with Tsuru no Maibashi. Tourists from afar may come only to see the bridge, but the locals have a good view and a large parking lot, so it's a great place to go with children.
It is a park centered on Lake Tsugaru Fujimi in the western part of Tsuruta Town. Facilities such as shops are well equipped, and the walking path centered on Tsuru no Maibashi is very good if the weather is blessed.
