It's an active bridge that is still very useful for life.
Original Text
Construction was Taisho 14 year. It is built by a construction method called "Steel Garder Bridge". It depends on the amount of water, but it is a good bridge that matches well with the Yasuda River flowing below. It is a bridge with a long name called a single-line steel single-two-shaped girder bridge. The length is 37m and the total length per girder series is 18.4 m. There used to be a sawmill along the railroad tracks on the river side of the bridge, and it seems that natural wood was lumbered and transported. It is still shared as a village road in Umaji Village.
It is a bridge that uses the abandoned track of the Uoyase Forest Railway. The red garter bridge does not feel the times. It is now used as a village road.
