Shimei Bay

Shimei Bay, with its pristine scenery, is located on the eastern coast of Wanning City. The silver sand beaches are surrounded by densely vegetated mountain slopes, so there is ocean on one side and forest on the other. Occasionally, a fishing boat with a heavy catch will be seen bobbing out in the water, a scene unique to the South China Sea. There is a small, pristine, uninhabited island in the bay called Jiajing Island, which is a popular destination for snorkelers and divers.
