Shuizhen is a characteristic landscape of the ancient village of the ancient town of Jixian County, especially the Hongcun Shuizhen. It is around Hongcun, every family doorway and wall of the water canal, the lake through these channels through the door, this can be used in life, can also be used for fire prevention, in case of which fire, you can get water to extinguish the fire, the wisdom of the ancients is still possible.

I don't know the water canal in Hongcun. I saw the sign in front of Chengzhitang and knew that the water canal is a channel. It flows through the door of each villager's house, solves the villagers' drinking water, and also has fire prevention and washing functions. Water sagna belongs to the launch shape, introduced from the upper first stream river, flow path family households, finally into the South Lake, back into the stream. Because Hongcun is a cattle-shaped village, water sagna is also called cattle intestines.

The ancestors of Hongcun built a stone dam across the Jiyang River outside the western village, built a canal with stones, used the gap to introduce the water to the wood, and then used the stone to cut people to build a 60 cm wide, more than 400 meters long water canal, and walked around the houses. Into the "moon marsh" and through it again, it goes around the houses and flows into the South Lake. The water town from the South Lake and then flows out of the river, forming a virtuous cycle of living water system, and the winding "cow intestines" lie in the cattle body of Hongcun.
