From the bottom to the top, the height is 26.53 meters; 24 sets of wind chimes are hung with warped corners, fluttering with the wind, and resounding outside the sky. The first floor of the memorial hall is the Hall of Respect to Leizu. In the center of the hall is a statue of Leizu. Leizu is spinning silk with silkworm cocoons in his hand. Two maids, one holds a golden shuttle, and the other presents silk. The second floor is the exhibition of Leizu's achievements, which is divided into four sections: "Humanity Leizu", "Ancient Silkworm Leizu", "Xiling Silk Origin" and "Xiling Sacred Relics", showing the achievements of Leizu to the world. On the third floor is the song and dance hall, which plays "Ode to the Ancestors", and performs four parts of the song and dance performances of picking mulberry, weaving silk, meeting, and seeing again.
