Xianrenxi Ecotourism Area is located in Xilingxiakou Scenic Area, Yichang City, 10 kilometers away from the center of Yichang City. It is a national key scenic spot and a 4A-level tourist scenic spot. The tourist area consists of three parts: Fairy Ropeway, Xianhe Cave and Xianren Stream. The Fairy Cableway is 888 meters long, with a height difference of 123.8 meters and 68 double chairs. It is the only tourist cableway in Yichang City. Sitting on the ropeway, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Xianren River, which is refreshing. Xianhe Cave is 1180 meters long, with a cave area of 3000 square meters. It is warm in winter and cool in summer. The constant temperature is 18C all year round. There are winding paths in the cave, with stalagmites, stone pillars, stone curtains, stone hairs, stalactites, etc. Xianren Stream is 6.8 kilometers long and is a secluded valley in Xiling Gorge. Legend has it that someone saw a fairy showering and dressing in a stream, so it was called Xianrenxi, also known as Fairy Creek. The scenery in the area changes, forming three major waterfalls (Yinyu Waterfall, Sandie Waterfall, Fairy Waterfall), four deep pools (Jade Girl Pool, Sheshen Pool, Shuangtan Yingyue, Tracker Pool), Baren Rock House, Monkey nature reserves and many other attractions.
