Piglets Adventure Farm is a very interesting playground for young children. It’s just a day of playing in the sand and water. It’s fun, and the small animals on the farm are also very pleasing. You can feed or take pictures, and you can use it as a lamb’s certificate. Photographed hahaha cute~
This is my second visit. The first was good and enjoyed by my youngest daughter and I. We visited again yesterday. We had prebooked and paid in advance for tickets for 4 children as required due to COVID restrictions. As it turned out, only 2 of the 4 children could come. So when we arrived (on time), I asked at the desk if we could transfer the £20 spent on the two wasted children’s tickets as credit for use towards the cost of lunch in the cafe (where we spent over £50 for lunch for three adults and two children). We were met with a flat “no”. Not even a suggestion that they would credit that amount for our next visit. Because of COVID restrictions, the play barn etc are all closed, but they charge the same entry price as usual. Clearly the proprietors only care about maximising revenue and are not interested in repeat business or recommendations by word of mouth. How very shortsighted.
