Baicao Temple is located on Baicao Mountain in Huayansi Village, Xiejiagou Town, 58.5 kilometers east of Qingjian County, Shaanxi Province. It was built in the second year of Qingli in the Northern Song Dynasty (1042) and was rebuilt after the Jin and Yuan Dynasties. It was supplemented during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. During the Cultural Revolution, temple fairs were destroyed. After 1980, the local people voluntarily organized a council to repair the temple. Baicao Temple is a group of temples that combines Buddhism and Taoism. There are 41 large and small temples in the temple, divided into three groups of temples and eight single temples. The temple fair on March 3rd of each year, incense is the most prosperous.
The localities make for the custom, the temples are quite a few, but the Baicao Temple left me a different feeling
