First, Yong'an Street is a narrow street. Second, traffic can be quite congested, especially during rush hour and school hours. Finally, it's a great place for a late-night snack, preferably after 9 PM. Friends and couples come here for a bowl of noodles, a barbecue and a beer, and other good snacks.
