The roof is a great place to relax, the food, drinks and views are great, and the waiters are very nice and friendly
Great dinner, way up highThe staff is super friendly. My waitress was beyond nice and made recommendations for dinner. The view is so pretty and you can see a lot of Bangkok from way up there, while enjoying a nice meal. The Pisco Sour was so yummy, I had 3!The prices are affordable and the portions are big, I ordered 2 dishes and couldn´t finish them.Love the ambiance and the people and the fact that they nicely ask for the guests to dress casual chic and no flip flops allowed. I recommend and will go back when in Bangkok again.
Wonderful view and atmosphere! This rooftop bar was not obvious from the street - there is only a small sign that is hard to spot at night and you have to walk around the back side of the Frasier Suites to find the elevator up to the rooftop bar. We were seated at a table right next to the 4 foot tall exterior glass wall on the 33rd floor. What a wonderful view of the lights of Bangkok! This was an open air bar and had a live band that played light jazz. We had a couple of drinks and an appetizer. We also danced to the mellow music. I had read that the bathroom was incredible here, so before leaving we both used the bathroom. To get there, you had to walk through a mini-labyrinth of fake green hedges. My husband said the mens bathroom was incredible as was the ladies room. I wont ruin the surprise for you, but these are the most incredible restrooms ever! We loved Above 11 for the atmosphere, pleasant staff, nice music, and of course those restrooms! Wow!!
Very nice place and good foodVery nice place with a beautiful view from the roof top. The staff is very kind, helpful and efficient. The Peruvian and Japanese food is really good. It was however difficult to understand their menu and different meals even if they provide us with separate pictures. From my point of view there are too much things and I would prefer less suggestions.
Everything tastes better with an amazing viewWe had a great time dining here. The food was all very good. Some of it was a bit spicy for my group. The highlight was SPAGHETTI HUANCAINA, everyone at the table agreed this was the best item we ordered. The other favorites were SECO DE CORDERO & LOMO SALTADO. The kids found the chicken skewers good and not too spicey.Avoid - BOLIYUCA it tasted like fried tasteless mashed potatoes. The drinks were good; however not very strong. I ordered two Sumer Thymes and that would usually be a lot for me however I felt like I was drinking a really refreshing juice. The view was spectacular and everyone lucky enough to spend time in Bangkok should make a stop here. They do have a dress code so please read up ahead of time and allow for a lot of travel time. It took us almost an hour to get there and our hotel was less than 2 miles away. Had I know how traffic was I would have worn sensible shoes (gasp) and just walked there.
