Lets start with the positive. Last October my wife and I were in Barcelona staying at the San Augusti Hotel, which is opposite this restaurant. The staff in the restaurant were so friendly and the food/service so good that we ate there twice during a four night break. We returned this year and as a birthday treat decided to return to this restaurant. What a mistake!!! Sorry to say that the staff appeared incompetent and whilst ordering our meal we also ordered a bottle of white wine. A few minutes later our starter arrived (soup which was nice). A few seconds later a waiter ran to our table with a carrier bag containing a bottle of red wine. I pointed out the error and as he ran off. Having just started on our soup our main course arrived and was planted on our table. The mains contained salad, so difficult to ask him to keep it warm, A few seconds later the waiter ran in with a bottle of white wine straight from the supermarket shelf. When I told him it actually should be chilled he did get us an ice bucket and two glasses which were reminiscent of the glasses from the school dining hall. I honestly thought we were being set up by Candid Camera and was expecting Manuel from Faulty Towers to appear. To say the main course consisting of chicken (well cooked but lukewarm) Lamb, Peppers etcetera was poor is an understatement. Certainly the toughest meat I have ever tackled. Having attempted and failed to eat the main course our plates were removed then to add insult to injury they offered us the bread they had failed to give us with our soup!! I paid my bill and try to complain, however none of the staff understood English. Even worse I tried to complain in Turkish, however all of the staff were Spanish. The next evening we were leaving for our flight home when I noticed the shutters were down on the restaurant. This experience took the edge off my birthday and I sincerely hope the shutters stay down forever. This restaurant appears to be part of a chain, so hopefully

This is a Mediterranean restaurant in Barcelona, highly recommended by friends, located on a small road near Plaza Catalunya. Ordered Spanish paella and steak with that chili. The steak smelled very fragrant. When it came up, it was still with blood. After the waiter cut it open, and then sipped it in the hot plate, the blood was locked. The meat feels more chewy, the first entrance feels normal, and you can eat the smell of meat slowly. Spanish paella, for the Chinese, is a little bit of raw rice, using tomatoes for the bottom flavor, green mouth, shrimp, salmon and other ingredients, the overall feeling is general. The green pepper is not spicy, there is no taste, you can add condiments according to your preference. Most of the faces I saw in the restaurant were Asian. The overall feeling was average, about 49 euros for three people.

We stayed at this excellent hotel and came to this restaurant for dinner before leaving. The restaurant is better than the hotel, the food is delicious, the service is impeccable, we were surprised to find that the price of our particular dinner was the same as the cheap and mediocre snack bars on Las Ramblas. All the staff were very good.

Brunells is an old Barcelona bakery with a small 200-year history. After a period of closure, Brunels reopened in June 2020! And continue to offer their best croissants in Spain, as well as equally excellent coffee, bread and pastries. To uphold their "JVfoxiana" philosophy: to remain curious about the new and to be passionate about the old, they have launched a bold summer croissant line: pineapple cream, coconut mango, chocolate passion fruit, mojito and rum strawberries. In addition to these five new flavors, the brand’s classic croissants (cream, pistachios and almonds) will still meet you. The superior cream mousse skills of Brunels pastries are definitely worth a try. A bite of their cream croissant is as delicate and gentle as a sunbathing sunday morning. Most surprising is their Mojito croissant: Infuse fresh mint-flavored cream into the signature butter croissant and bathed in rum syrup: This is a slightly intoxicating artwork that is the best choice for summer. Brunell's other summer new product is "street cake". This collection allows customers to eat while walking, they are packed in cups, designed to be a pastry substitute for ice cream. Its flavors include vanilla, chocolate, frut sugar, lemon, raspberry, lychee, rose, strawberry, pineapple and coconut.

Ok, my favorite hip hop club. It's pretty damn small compared to other clubs (think more of a bar with a dance floor), but that's totally fine because that just mean I get down mo' on the dance flo'. Every time I've gone here has honestly just been good fun, whether or not the club is packed or kind of empty. I suppose it helps that every party I've been with loves hip hop. As should you.
