Photos of Turnsole Field

The sunflower fields in Arles are mainly distributed on both sides of the Rhone River in the northern suburb of Arles. If you drive from Arles to Avignon, you can enjoy these sunflower fields on both sides of the main road. The reason why Arles sunflowers are so famous is largely because the painter Van Gogh stayed in the ancient city of Arles for 15 months and created 300 oil paintings, many of which are sunflower-themed works.
