The former site of Beiping Library is located at No. 7 Wenjin Street, Xicheng District, Beijing. It was originally the location of the National Beiping Library. It was built in 1931 and later renamed the Beijing Library. It is now called the National Library of China Ancient Books Museum. The total building area of the old library is 11,800 square meters, and the main building is also known as Wenjin Building. Now it is free to open to the outside world, but you need to apply for a loan card for the country map to enter the reading room. You can use the ID card on the computer on the spot, and the country map general hall and all branches can be used.
