The Temple of the Sun, also known as the Asahi Temple, was built in the Ming Dynasty in Jiajing in 1530. It was a place where the emperors of the Ming and Qing Dynasties sacrificed the sun. After liberation, it was opened as a park. After the reform and opening up, this small garden was built in the south gate of the park. The name of the garden was written by Master Li Kuchen.
