Our reservation was not found, as we had booked on the same day. Thet explained that in addition to the confirmation from the Fork, we should have waited for the confirmation from the restaurant.  Despite that, they found us a table, and we had a good choice of meze. Pity they didn&#39;t have any baklava! But the alternative dessert was also good.

One day in Berlin on a cold rainy day. We went to the Long March canteen in kreutzberg. long march canteen. The wall is a doll painting with Chinese style, which is definitely a good place to think of homesickness, and it is cult. Steaming is a big, very German.

First off, the restaurant has a traditional Italian feel in terms of decour despite serving Turkish food. The drinks orders were taken quickly by a efficient waiter, who was also kind enough to stabilise our table without us asking him to (as it was wobbling a little). Food and drink are very affordable. The mains (we had a veggie mix grill and meat mix grill) were really good! The one thing that stops this place getting 4 out of 5 was the waiter who took our payment (different to the first waiter). We knew tip wasn&#39;t included as this was underlined on the bill and intended to pay and then leave the tip after the payment had been taken. However, the waiter counted the bill in front of our table and then asked why a tip wasn&#39;t there. Apparently this is normal in Germany but my friend and I were aghast. Service had been adequate but nothing special. We left one euro in the end, when initially we would have left 10-15% of our bill (a higher tip). German waiters and waitresses are generally paid a salary so tipping should always be at the discretion of the diners (as lovely as it is to be tipped). There are plenty of restaurants in Berlin with good food where this was not highlighted as an issue (who we tipped appropriately or even generously).

Ich bin immer auf der Suche nach Authentizit&auml;t, Entspannung und Offenheit - auch bei Restaurantbesuchen. All das habe ich hier gefunden. Und das Essen war auch sehr lecker!!!! (Wir waren zu viert und hatten vier verschiedene Gerichte: Alle waren mit ihrer Auswahl happy!!!)Die Einrichtung ist ohne Pomp und Schn&ouml;rkel - einfache Holzst&uuml;hle und -tische mit ausreichendem Abstand zu den Nachbartischen (einfach super!!!). Bei meinem n&auml;chsten Berlinbesuch werde ich hier auf jeden Fall wieder essen. Hier geht es um Sein und nicht Schein. Danke!!!

I&#39;m always looking for authenticity, relaxation and openness - even when visiting a restaurant. All that I found here. And the food was also very delicious!!!! (We were four and had four different dishes: all were happy with their choice!!!)The facility is without pomp and snore - simple wooden chairs and tables with sufficient distance from the neighbouring tables (simply super!!!). At my next visit to Berlin I will eat here again. It&#39;s about Him and not a chip. Thank you!!!

Bel posticino nascosto, ambiente molto accogliente, con personale gentile e attento. La cucina ci ha sorpreso piacevolmente, i piatti che abbiamo assaggiato ci hanno piaciuto molto, sia di carne che vegetariani. Straconsigliato!!!

Nice hidden bedroom, very comfortable environment, with friendly and careful staff. The kitchen surprised us pleasantly, the dishes we tasted have enjoyed us very much, both meat and vegetarians. Not recommended!!!

Die Bedienung war sehr nett, die Vorspeise (Octopus) war fantastisch, die Hauptspeise (Imam bayildi) war nicht so gut wie fr&uuml;her. Leider hatten wir beide in der Nacht und Morgen danach Bauchweh.

The service was very nice, the pre-food (octopus) was fantastic, the main food (Imam bayildi) was not as good as before. Unfortunately we both had abdominal pain in the night and morning afterwards.
