There was no water in the monument when i arrived...it maybe drained in the winter.
Took a special trip to the park to see the monument but when i visited on a miserable, winters morning the fountain was dry and very uninviting. Might be beter in the dummer again?

A small park, almost square, in the center of the city, near the nature museum. A quiet, quiet place, moms with wheelchairs and pensioners walk, locals run alleys in the morning.
