It is now covered in graffiti :( very poorly kept, not well maintained. It is an eye sore, such a shame

Walked past this three times without realising. Tatty, not well kept and hidden amongst the buildings. Not the best monument to a comedy genius and fans ought not to make a special trip to see it.
