We were only stopping by Bologna for the afternoon and this meal made us wish we could stay! Absolutely delicious food on every plate. Truly one of the best meals I have ever had start to finish!

Lovely restaurant and ambience matched by a warm and friendly welcome - so a great start to the evening. It got even better with the food that was fantastic my wife and I had different starters and main courses so we got to see 4 different dishes and all were great tasting and presented really well. Matched with a great bottle of wine. The pace and tempo was also really good they genuinely wanted us in there no rush once finished.

La Sberla is always a great dining experience, the staff is wonderful and the food is amazing!!! A hidden gem in via Altabella!

great place, modern, top quality fish, great, I will recommend it!  the japanese part of the dinner was wow, the risotto and pasta were correct.  at the bus stop we got fried small fish which was amazing

The hotel has a very good restaurant and a very good restaurant.
