The hotel&#39;s interior restaurant, discovered by The Fork. I must say this time that the booking via The Fork is not very clear: yums are accepted only for dinner, since there is a fixed buffet menu from &euro; 18.00 at lunch. The most exceptional and the availability of the chef and chef, I could enjoy the menu of the paper and discount yums even at lunch. The temperament of the garlic was really wonderful, well the cheese file. Good but not enthusiastic the Lugana &quot;hundred filary&quot;. If I have to find a defect, I would say that perhaps the portions of food might be slightly more abundant, report to the price. This is very friendly room staff. I would return!

The employees were very helpfull to accomodate special diet requests . The restaurant was very clean and the food was good  and the service was prompt .

Ristorante interno ad un albergo, scoperto grazie a The Fork. Questa volta devo dire che la prenotazione tramite The Fork non &egrave; chiarissima : infatti gli yums vengono accettati solo per la cena, dato che a pranzo c&#39;&egrave; il men&ugrave; fisso a buffet da &euro; 18,00. In via del tutto eccezionale e grazie alla disponibilit&agrave; di caposala e chef, ho potuto usufruire di men&ugrave; alla carta e sconto yums anche a pranzo. La tempura di gamberoni era davvero squisita, buono assai anche il filetto di branzino. Buono ma non entusiasmante il Lugana &quot;cento filari&quot;. Se devo trovare un difetto, direi che forse le porzioni di cibo potrebbero essere leggermente pi&ugrave; abbondanti, rapportare al prezzo. Personale di sala molto cordiale. Ci tornerei!

Nel ristorante di un hotel, ambienti eleganti, un buffet sicuramente con stile. Ovviamente la scelta &egrave; fra due o tre piatti principali, il resto sono condimenti e accompagnamenti.

Serata e men&ugrave;&rsquo; eccellenti! I piatti vegani assemblati dallo Chef e presentati dal carismatico Restaurant Manager fanno la differenza. L&rsquo;ambiente e l&rsquo;attenzione al cliente sono tratti distintivi che vale la pena approfondire ulteriormente semplicemente ritornandoci! Complimenti allo staff!

The vegan dishes assembled by the Chef and presented by the charismatic Restaurant Manager make the difference. The environment and the attention to the client are distinctive features that it is worth further deepening simply back to us!

Nonostante la mia intolleranza al lattosio, i camerieri mi sono venuti incontro offrendomi anche alternative non presenti in men&ugrave;!Proprio per questo motivo ho deciso di cenare qui per tutte le sere della mia permanenza (lavorativa) a Brescia. Consigliatissimo, ci torner&ograve; sicuramente.

Despite my intolerance to lactose, the servers came to me offering me alternatives not present in the menu! That&#39;s why I decided to dine here for all the evenings of my (working) stay in Brescia. I will certainly return to it.

Prima volta in questo ristorante che si trova all&rsquo;interno dell&rsquo;hotel e ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene. Personale gentile e ambiente accogliente . Qualit&agrave; di cibo molto buona. L&rsquo;unico appunto &egrave; sulle tovagliette.. personalmente preferisco la classica tovaglia o la tovaglia  di carta..le  trovo pi&ugrave; igieniche a mio modesto parere .  Di sicuro un ristorante da provare anche la sera.

The first time in this restaurant that is located in the hotel and we really found very good. nice staff and a comfortable environment . Quality of food very good. The only point is on towels.. I personally prefer classic or paper fabric... I find it more hygienic to my modest opinion.
