The hotel didn't include breakfast and had a cozy brunch in the nearby CBD Square, which is a great restaurant called The Pancake Manor.
It was so good, we went back the next dayWe had arrived very late in Brisbane and asked the hotel for a recommendation. They suggested the Pancake Manor because it was close and open 24 hours a day. It was a busy Friday night, but we did not have to wait long for a table. The selection was very good and the hardest thing was deciding what to have. Pancakes for my partner and salad for me. Service was quick and friendly. Was a bit noisy but loved the old church decor. Went back Saturday early afternoon. It was not as busy but a steady stream of patrons. Food and service was just as good the second time. The "milkshake" was very thirst quenching on a very hot day.
The environment is comfortable, the service is positive and enthusiastic, the food is fragrant, and the products are also very satisfactory, not bad
