As another reviewer mentioned the building and grounds around it are nothing special but it is what it is. Should you be nearby just stop and enjoy a walk around the building. SAV
Nothing to see, Nothing to do, Nothing Special...
The ONLY thing you can appreciate, is the Luis Carlos Galan Statue outside the huge, dirty and maintenance urgently needing building.
