This Starbucks can get pretty busy at certain times of the day and even when you get a seat the furniture is not particularly comfortable. It can also be pretty cold when you are near the two main doors. Food is standard Starbucks fayre but they do not seem to have all the extras that go with the porridge that you can get elsewhere e.g. sultanas. Staff are generally OK but nothing exceptional.

I visited the Golden Square branch with my mum for morning coffee and nibbles. Our coffee was just left on a little ledge at the end of the counter. Tables were uncleared and very worn out everywhere was in need of a good clean and in need of a thorough overhaul. There were a number of lone customers with just a bottle of water and iPads or laptops occupying tables and using free wifi so seating for real customers was very limited. We were offered coffee tasting but this never materialised. No plans to return

Store is well situated and easy to find on entry to Gemini business park. Loads of parking too. Drinks and food ok if expensive for what you get. When we visited they were only accepting cash, no cards and staff weren&#39;t very helpful. Loads of people were just coming in and walking out.

Arriving yesterday hoping to use a table with a power socket for a lap top, however every free table was full of empty and dirty cups and plates left uncleared. The location was not too busy but felt dirty and uncared for. Whilst never expecting 5 star I would settle for a clean table to sit down to and staff who don&#39;t ignore the state of the place.
