Tiger Tendon in Busan Haeundae
#timetotravel
Ever wonder how this shop get its name, Tiger Tendon? Well no one knows, maybe this shop is famous for serving tempura tiger prawns on rice bowl. During lunch time, this outlet will be full of diners waiting to dine in this famous outlet. The standard Tiger Tendon comes with 2 shrimps, 1 chicken, Pumpkin slice, Eggplant, mushroom and green chilli. Add on is available for shrimp and vegetables. The tempura is fried moderately without excess oil and the saltiness is also moderate. The shrimp is very fresh with a little sweetness in it. Typically one of the best Tempura rice bowl in Busan.

My Trip at Gamcheon Culture Village Busan
#localescapes
Gamcheon Culture Village started as a base for the hardships of the Korean War refugees in the 1950s and is a place that has kept the history of Busan as it is, an aspect and trace of the modern history of the nation. The terraced group housing arrangement along the foot of the mountain and the view of Miro Miro Alley through all roads show Gamcheon’s unique character. The Village Art Project, which was launched by local artists and villagers to revive Gamcheon‘s characteristics and historical value, became a stepping stone for Gamcheon Culture Village Creation Project. Starting with this project, it attracted various public offering projects and has become a popular attraction with more than 3.08 million people visiting in 2019.
🇰🇷 Surprises Await @ Gamcheon Culture Village
#citywalk
Gamcheon Culture Village is probably the most visited and photographed attraction in Busan. Established since 1955, the village started as a collective housing project for refugees. Over the years, it has transformed into a village dedicated to preservation and regeneration of the local community.
We started our journey from the bus stop outside the village. Maps and signposts are available at many parts of the village and do not worry about getting lost. The walk through the winding alleys in the village was full of surprises as we encountered colourful houses and beautifully painted wall murals along the journey. It was a fun and memorable experience for us taking pictures with colourful backdrop at different parts of the village. We also enjoyed checking out the souvenir shops and cool cafes in the village.

📍 Why Visit Gamcheon Culture Village?
If you're in Busan, the locals and the tour guides will tell you that Gamcheon Cultural Village is not to be missed!
Referred to as the "Machu Picchu of Busan", the village got its name from the hillside architecture and extremely colorful buildings. But that's not all it's famous for, it's an absolute intsaworthy spot and there's rich history surrounding it as well.
It's also full of cafes, restaurants, shops, and even art galleries. There are even cultural events and festivals throughout the year, so do check the calendar before heading over.
Also, if you're a Little Prince fan, make sure to drop by their Little Prince themed street! There's even a sculpture of the fox and the prince overlooking a breathtaking panoramic view of the village!

The Most Beautiful Temple in Korea
This is our First Family Trip to South Korea - Busan
We planned to visit Haedong Yonggungsa Temple for half a day and end up taking bit longer than we initially planned for as the scenery and view is breath taking. A very scenic and beautiful place.
Definitely worth to visit and don’t forget to try the Cheese and Honey pancake at the shop at the front. They also sells Potato Tornado / Twister and Marshmallow Ice Cream. #haedongyonggungsa

🛕 Haedong Yonggungsa Temple @ Busan
Another not to be missed spot when you're at Busan, Korea is the Haedong Yonggungsa Temple! It's a rare temple - as it's located right by the sea, and it offers quite a stunning coastal view as well!
Surrounded by the clear blue waters and lush greeneries, you can be sure you'll find healing at this place.
The temple features 108 stair steps and it represents human desires. It also has a lot of Buddhist statues and sculptures - we found one for "getting a male child" and "passing exam with flying colors"!

Most beautiful temple in Korea!❤️
This is Haedong Yonggungsa Temple called to be the most beautiful temple in Korea.
It is located at the ocean in Busan City.
Just before the entrance there are many cafes and shops. Then as you enter the temple you start to see its beautiful architecture. There are many different kinds of flowers here and the whole roof is decorated with some colored hexagonal shaped structures.
You will see the statue of Buddha in the main temple and also the statue of laughing Buddha on the side.
If you will climb up the stairs, you will see the staute of wisdom goddess as well.
Then there is a small cave as well inside.
Hydrangea in different colors like white, blue, pink etc blossom there during the months of June and July.
You can also see a beautiful view of the ocean from there.
We ate a melon based ice cream as well which was quite popular in that area and this cafe was right at the temple only. That ice cream was a must try!
Overall very peaceful and serene environment and the temple has a very beautiful architecture!

Fortunately, there is no entrance fee here. Open daily from 5.00 am - 7.00 pm. It is a beautiful attraction sits along the coastal area of Gijang-gun.
Attractions here are the Daeungjeon Main Hall, Eight - storey Pagoda, Golden Laughing Buddha and Golden Turtle, Little Buddha, Stupas Chinese Zodiac Animal Statues and 108 stairs and bridge and wishing pond. Haeundae Blueline Park Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in Mar)
Busan Cheongsapo blueline sky capsule train
Walked around the Bujeon market . There are alot of old folks in this area. Headed to Cheongsapo to take the sky capsule to Mipo station. Most people will choose to take the capsule train from Mipo instead to have an unblocked view of the sea. I went from Cheongsapo to avoid the queue as I didn't reserve the tickets in advance. Ticket cost 35000 won for 2 pax. Strolled around the happening Haeundae Beach. Was so excited when I took the capsule train. Had a tart and iced americano after we got off from the capsule train with the sea view
Enjoy amazing View
Haeundae Blue Line Park goes from Haneundae Mipo through Cheongsapo and to Songjeong for a total of 4.8 kilometers. The park renovated an old railroad tracks for a tourist coastal train. You can ride the beach train and sky capsule. Best to make a reservation before you go as the waiting queue is long. Train ride is about 15 mins while the capsule ride is about 30 mins.
Getting There - Its about 15 mins walk from Haeundae Beach
Attractions - The scenery you get to enjoh while riding the beach train and sky capsule
Hotels - Many hotels nearby to suit all budget
Food & Restaurants - Many food outlet and restaurant at Mipo and Cheongsapo station
Shopping - Souvenirs shopping available nearby

Korean magic captured ✨📸
#wecreate
The Haeundae Blueline Park consists of two modes of transport to try out, the Beach Train and the Sky Capsule (tiny pods that can transport 4 people at once along a shorter track). Took the one-day package for 4 persons, which cost 59,000 won and allowed us to take the Beach Train unlimited times for the day and a single-trip on the Sky Capsule, from Cheongsapo Station to Mipo Station or the other way round. The train has a very good automated audio guide, both in Korean and in fluent English. All the seats face beach, and the stepped seating provides excellent view to the beach wherever you seat. And the A/C runs cool. It's about a 4km trip and has six stops along the way. Sky Capsule was an experience as it was elevated from the ground, bringing you scenic views of the beach and waters. The Sky Capsules were colorful and cute. The scenery is beautiful. Because the speed to the Sky Capsule is slow, you can really take in a panoramic view of the Busan coastline.
When you arrive at the other end it's a short walk to another Beach area. It was great to be able to move while looking at the seaside. If you like the sea and enjoy the scenery, I think it's a place where you can enjoy it enough, so I highly recommend this place.
