What people are saying:

This is a very famous site in the Mayan culture. The Scorpion Temple here is very popular. The colossus of the scorpion at the door is quite well preserved. I have to admire the Maya’s craftsmanship at that time.

Awesome to see right in the heart of the hotel zone!

We saw this while walking down the beach and just walked right up, I don’t think we were supposed to as we had to duck under a rope to get to it. Scorpion’s temple is small but is an excellent photo o...

Quick Stop to See a Ruin

This ruin is located next to the Westin Lagunamar Resort. It's worth a quick 10 minute stop if you're close by, but I wouldn't take a taxi to visit it. The steps are pretty uneven leading up to the te...

Don't make a special trip to see it

This was literally right at our hotel Park Royal so we went up to it a few times. Nothing compared to Tulum or other ruins, but a cool stop by on a beach walk to check it out.
