There is a very famous national park in the Cape Coast of Ghana, the Kakum National Park, where the forest is dense, and there is a high-altitude suspension bridge between the trees. You can walk among the canopies to enjoy the beautiful surrounding scenery. There is no unique way to visit, and it is in this national park that will be really interesting.
We did a two-week excursion from Accra to Wli and Kumasi. We visited a very good art market and it was not as noisy as the one in Accra. We continued to Moore National Park, where we saw loads of elephants. Our guide, Michael from "Ghana Grassroots Travel" also recommended us to Kakun National Park and Cape Coast Castle, which was the best experience ever. The biggest difference is that we have a great guide. Cheers~~~
Kakum National Park is a tropical rain forest with lush trees, suspension bridges suspended high above the ground, and abundant animals. This is definitely a good place for hiking and adventure. You can see many strange tropical rainforest scenes, which are really fun and meaningful.
Kakum National Park is a very important African tropical rain forest in Ghana. The trees here are very tall. The most worth watching is the aerial suspension bridge erected between the tall trees. Walking on it is very thrilling and swaying. You can also enjoy the beautiful scenery in the rainforest, which has special characteristics and is highly recommended for everyone to visit.
