A very quiet and literary town, probably not the peak tourist season, there are few tourists, and no residents can be seen. We slowly admired the murals of large and small along the yellow footprints, no one disturbed.
Chemainus, a beautiful mural town on Vancouver Island. Walk into the mural world and visit the unique art galleries, boutiques and cafes, feeling the artistic atmosphere anytime, anywhere.
Chemainus is a famous city of murals, rich in content, art and deep murals decorate the town romantic and interesting. Chermeieras is located in the middle of Duncan and Naimo, the town's traditional industry is processing wood, logs cut from the Kawengqin Mountains, drifting down the river, fishing sawn into wood squares and plates, loading seaside ships, shipped to Victoria, Vancouver, and Seattle.
There are also murals in Chemainus about Chinese laborers participating in early development and labor, and it would be better if there was a profile of the work and an introduction by the author before each painting in Duncan.
