Photos of Lugang Longshan Temple

Lukang Longshan Temple has a quaint appearance, beautiful buildings, paintings and sculptures, as well as beautiful caisson. Lukang Longshan Temple was built in the seventh year of Zheng Yongli in Ming Dynasty (1653). The whole temple is important for its architecture and carvings. The spatial layout of the four entrances and three courtyards, the painted story of the octagonal caisson, the clay sculpture style, and the woodcarving craftsmanship reflect the craftsman's talent and hard work. The large ancient bell is hung in the temple, and it ranks in Lugang in the name of "Longshan Xiaozhong". Eight scenes. The temple is divided into the mountain gate, the Wumen Hall (including the stage), the main hall (including the worship hall), and the apse. The caisson structure above the stage of Longshan Temple in Lugang, the Bagua caisson is set up above the stage, which has the effect of resonance during performance.
